KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing and processing for both outgoing and incoming shipments.
Vetting and preparation for Delivery Order, shipping documents for both import and export.
Coordinating with various traders and trade executives on orders processing and providing
shipment
documentation.
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
Mitigate the issue / problem encounter during the operation.
Coordinate with supplier & contractor for inbound & outbound deliveries, stock-take as and when
required.
Handle any other related ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
